This program is for:

- Emergency Medical Technicians.
HUD on a annual basis sells a limited number of homes from their inventory at a 50% Discount! What makes this even more affordable is that the eligible participants can apply for a FHA mortgage with only $100. down payment! Due to the fact that many of these homes are located in a revitalization area of the community there may be additional assistance from state or local government.
